Warranty conditions
All Hamlet products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty valid for two years from the time of purchase (one year for professional users with VAT number).
In case of defect, if the product is still in warranty, return the product to your reseller with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.
For missing accessories such as manual, software or other items contact our Service Centre.
Within 7 days since the purchase reseller will send to the distributor the defective product and will send to the customer a new one if present at the shop.
If the defective happened over 7 days warranty reseller will send the product to the distributor for substitution/repair (after a test checking if there is a laboratory inside the shop). Hamlet assistant centre assure repairing and substitution in 10 days after product receiving but more time is needed because of delivery time from shop to distributor to assistant point.
Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.
Exclusions of warranty:
- Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
- Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
- Accessories such as batteries and fuses.
- Batteries as a wearing part have a limited warranty of 6 months.
